Our story began in 2007 when Tim Whitmarsh and Ian Chase, with their extensive experience in the plumbing industry, had the vision to create a comprehensive plumbing and heating destination in Salisbury, England. bathroom retail and showrooms, he possesses a deep understanding of product durability and technical specifications.
While Matt briefly applied his sharp eye for detail to our accounts department, his passion for
bespoke bathroom design brought him back to the showroom floor. Matt is highly regarded by our clients for his "gentle enthusiasm"—a calm, expert approach that makes even the most complex renovation feel manageable. SHOWROOM MANAGER & LEAD DESIGN CONSULTANT
Your Specialist for Creative & Accessible Bathroom Design - Lucy joined the Aquatec family in 2017 after relocating to Salisbury. Transitioning from a nine-year career as a nurse in Bath and Swindon, Lucy brought a unique, person-centered approach to our team. Her dedication to the community and rapid mastery of the industry led to her well-deserved promotion to Showroom Manager.
With a keen eye for the latest interior trends, Lucy thrives on the creative process. Her medical background gives her an unmatched advantage in Universal Design, allowing her to create beautiful, accessible bathrooms that cater to all ages and mobility needs without compromising on style.

How we work

We’ll discuss all your bathroom design needs over a cup of tea.
All of our projects begin with a 1 hour no obligation design consultation. The Aquatec team offer home visits to take measurements of your space to make informed product recommendations that fit your chosen style and budget.

Your personal design consultant will draw up a detailed plan with price estimates.
To help you visualise your new bathroom and compare products, we’ll create scale drawings and CAD images of your design so you can be confident in your choices. We will also provide you with a detailed quote for all products to deliver your bathroom remodelling project on budget. From flooring, fixtures and lights to washers and pipes - between our Aquatec bathroom showroom and plumbing supplies we can provide it all!

Your dream bathroom design becomes a reality.
We order all of your bathroom renovation supplies and deliver them on-site, ready for your chosen tradesperson to install them. If you need recommendations for builders, plumbers or electricians, we can put you in touch with skilled local tradies who will finish your bathroom to a high quality.

Seamless installation support.
We can liaise with your chosen tradesperson throughout installation with any products specifications and assistance right through to completion.
